summer meal 2

We are half way through summer and it only gets better from hear on out, am I right? The weather is so much nicer and the food just keeps on getting better! Today I am collaborating with Martha & Marley Spoon to bring two summer filled meals right to your door!

COCONUT SHRIMP MASALA

If you love Indian food as much as I do, this is the perfect flavorful summer dish for you! It’s so tasteful and full of delicious spices. I love how everything blends so well together and how the coconut shrimp doesn’t over power the rice. Also the caramelized masala onions were to die for! Literally the highlight of the dish for me lol.

A great dish to switch it up in the kitchen! And to bring out those summer elements, I had to bring out my favorite set of pink floral centerpiece! The perfect indoor summer meal!

CHIPOTLE SPICED STEAK

I’m not a huge steak gal, but this steak was so juicy and filled with chipotle flavor! I couldn’t get enough! And the potato, snap pea medley was oh so delicious! As you can tell by now, I’m a huge veggie gal 🙂 And with the Rose wine, it’s perfection all in one. Such a easy summer meal to make while finishing up some blogger work!

Final Thoughts: Both dishes absolutely delicious and took less than 30 minutes to make, so easy to whip up in the kitchen. I also love how it’s two completely different meals, so I get a little bit of everything! I will note that one ingredient was missing from both meals: garlic clove from Coconut Shrimp Masala and butter from Chipotle Spiced Steak. Besides that I enjoyed both dishes!

Thank you for reading! Have a wonderful day!
