This year is the year of self-care! What is self-care without a few pampering activities, right? I’m sharing 5 ways I pamper myself, which I love to do at least once a week 🙂
1.Netflix and Chill with Food! I’m such a homebody and foodie. I love to sit on my couch and have a movie marathon with my favorite foods. It is such a great time 🙂 Here is a list of my favorite fashion/chick flick movies to binge watch.
2. Face Mask and Wine Up! What is more relaxing than a soothing face mask and your favorite bottle of wine? Nothing I tell you! In a way it’s the perfect way to relax from the outside in.
3. Splurge on a Manicure! I love getting pamper at a salon, especially if it means leaving the salon with the cutest nails. This blog post is in collaboration with PLee Beauty, which is a beauty salon located in Wausau, WI. PLee Beauty does everything from manicures to eye lash extensions. She is such a pro and what I love about PLee Beauty is that not only is she crazy talented with her nail art, but also her customer service is so amazing. I met her for the first time a few weeks ago and after the appointment, I truly felt like we developed a mini friendship. I don’t know about you ladies, but I’m not all about just the service, but also who is providing me the service as well. 4. Write A ‘Life is Good’ List to remind yourself what is good in your life. This is such a great idea to compile all the good things in your life. I love all the positive vibes you get from the list.
5. SHOPPING! Retail therapy is so real and personally it has proven to be such a great way to release stress and splurge on yourself 🙂
